1. Chicken pieces (better if the skin and fat around the chicken is removed)
2. Garlic (One clove of sliced garlic)
3. Chinese mushrooms
4. Thick soy sauce
5. Salt or think soy sauce (because the thick soy sauce is not salty)
6. Ginger (thinly sliced)
7. White pepper
8. 2-3 tablespoon of oil
9. Water

1. Season chicken pieces & garlic with thick soy sauce. Add thin soy sauce or salt.
2. Add a dash of white pepper. Season for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil.
4. Saute ginger until fragrant.
5. Add in the seasoned chicken, garlic & mushrooms. Continue to saute and mix it well.
6. Add water to boil.
7. When chicken is almost cooked, cover the pot to let it simmer (can use a pressure cooker/a slow cooker). Add salt according to own taste.
