Chicken In Shower

Yup. Exactly. I had to thaw my chicken in the shower under really hot water. HAHAHA... It's 30 minutes before buka puasa and my chicken is still frozen hahaha... well stupid me actually. I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer earlier. I planned to roast the chicken with tandori spice, and marinating itself takes at least 30 minutes. I guess I'll just have to break-fast with something else first *sigh* OMG, this reminds me that I haven't cook rice yet!! At times like this, I just wish I'm back home in Malaysia now, where halal food is abundant and VERY easy to get (kedai makan Mak Teh sebelah rumah hahaha). Besides mama would have cooked and making sure that there's always food on the table. Ma, missing you....
